Shipping & Delivery

FREE Ground Delivery on orders over $100, except for oversize items such as PBXs and bulk cable. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our free shipping program. Typically. orders ship SAME DAY if placed before 4pm EST, however during the busy holiday seasons you may experience slight delays as we try to process orders as fast as possible.

We offer faster shipping methods such as Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day, and USPS Priority Mail (United States Postal Service) at an additional cost. Please add your items into the shopping cart for shipping quotes. For Ground shipments, we reserve the right to ship the least cost route and packages my arrive by UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service.

Ground delivery is 5-7 business days for coast-to-coast delivery, however sometimes you may receive your order quicker. Please note, ground delivery is not available for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, and Air shipping charges will apply. Smart Voice will ship internationally, however we advise you to contact us for international shipping quotes.

Keep in mind, you will be responsible for any import taxes or customs duties charged on international orders and these will be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. Please check with local customs authorities to determine any additional costs.

Privacy & Security

Information Collection and Use: Your privacy is important to us. Smart Voice will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Smart Voice collects information from our users at several different points on our website to facilitate the delivery of services or fulfillment of your order.

Order: We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customers' orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with him or her. Cookies: A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, users may leave items in their shopping bag between visits to our site. Log Files: We use IP addresses to analyze trends and customer interests as well as to administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Sharing: We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. We may use outside purveyors to ship orders directly, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. We partner with another party to provide specific services, such as our mailing for our Smart Voice Newsletters. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. Newsletter / Catalog Mailing List: If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address. To be removed from our newsletter or catalog mailing lists please send an e-mail to Surveys & Contests: From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.
Tell-A-Friend: If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend’s name and email address. Smart Voice will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site or subscribe to our newsletter. Smart Voice stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.
Security: This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing’. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Special Offers: We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special offers, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications in every email.

Notification of Changes: If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an e-mail. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner.

Returns & Replacements

All our products carry a 30-day return or exchange policy, except for software, shoulder rests, and headsets. Any "dead-on-arrival" item will be exchanged for the same item. Our return and exchange policy begins upon receipt of goods (delivery date). Any item that is returned is subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any related shipping charges. For example, if your order received free shipping, then the return amount will subtract a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges. Please feel free to contact us for return cost estimates. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) BEFORE sending the product to us, otherwise it will be rejected and returned to you. Please ensure the RA number is clearly written on the box and a copy of the receipt is inside the box. We highly recommend using UPS or FedEx which provides detailed tracking information on your return.

We are NOT responsible for any exchange/refund if the package does not reach our warehouse (purchase shipping insurance if appropriate). Special orders and International orders outside of the United States cannot be returned or exchanged. Please do not cover the Tracking Label with shippers label, tape or any other obstruction. Special Items: Headsets, handsets, shoulder rests, mouth pieces, and ear pieces are non-refundable items. This policy was created to protect all our customers for hygenic reasons (you would not want an item someone else touched). Buyer assumes all responsibility for the purchase of these items, and if an item is defective, we will exchange it for another unit.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept Google Checkout (Google Wallet) or Paypal payments. Please click on the appropriate icon during the checkout process. For your protection, we screen credit card orders for potential fraud especially orders to foreign countries. For USA orders, we allow different shipping and billing addresses on the order. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are the same and correct for international orders to avoid delays in order processing.

Any incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your order may also be delayed if additional verification of billing information is necessary. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to both law enforcement and credit card agencies and maximum penalty will be used against offenders. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that may have a pricing error or promotional error. Unfortunately there can be mistakes online, and we will cancel any inaccurate pricing orders immediately.

Viewing Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order. Please check your email Spam folders if you did not receive a confirmation. Please contact customer service if you need additional verification of your order. For order status, please login to My Account to view your order and any tracking information.

The online tracking information is available anytime. If you need to call customer service for tracking, please have your order number, date of order, and item ordered available to help expedite the process.

Updating Account Information

The My Account link on the homepage allows you to update your account information. This will help speed up your ordering process and ensure we have the latest information.
